Hello! And thank you! I’ve just recently upgraded from a Canon 500D to a 5D mk III. I use a 24-105mm f/4 lens with that and I also have a 50mm f/1.8 which I haven’t tested out yet on my new camera. I also use a couple of film cameras, pentax Mz6, a Baldessa and Canon AE-1.
In saying this, you don’t need the best equipment to get the best shots. I shot exclusively on film for about 3 years because I didn’t have any money to buy a digital camera and the previous camera I was using was actually quite broken for about a year and I was doing commercial work/weddings with that.
I use photoshop CS6 to edit my photos and create my own filters using curves.
